RESEARCH INSTRUCTION

In addition to teaching basic legal research to all first years students, and advanced legal research as an elective to second and third year students, the Law Librarians support faculty and students at Howard University by teaching legal research and resource gathering methods. Instructions can include giving a substantive library tour or orientation, teaching a class session on a specific topic or research skill, or creating a research guide.

If you are interested in any of these research instruction services or would like more information, please contact us or phone at 806-8208. Please note that we are generally unable to accommodate requests which are not made well in advance.

Requests to reserve rooms at the law school and law library must be made in advance to Jerome Roberson, Facilities Manager, by using the Law School's Facilities Maintenance Work Request form online: http://www.law.howard.edu/861.
