Getting proper sleep and nutrition are helpful tools to increase overall wellbeing and mental functioning. The stresses and time demands of law school may make it seem that sleep should be secondary to studying or that there isn't time to eat nutritious meals. Financial considerations might make nutrition seem out of reach. This section shares resources on the importance of sleep and nutrition, and offers tips and materials to help make nutritious foods on a budget, properly budget time for sleep, and fall asleep easier.
